Director
Heather
Beckingsale
Heather brings youth and a feminine touch to the board of Woods Prince Lawyers. She is a consummate commercial lawyer, drafter extraordinaire, unfalteringly polite and impeccably cheerful, but try to sneak a dodgy special condition by her and the pitbull is unleashed. Admittedly it’s a courteous and disarmingly affable pitbull, but it will still take your arm.
Heather knows all there is to know about business structuring, privacy, PPSA, franchising, and all the other nitty gritty commercial stuff you really want to be able to pay someone to know about so you don’t have to. She loves being a lawyer, but she’s not one of those nerds who stays up at night reading legislation. She is a pragmatist, driven by outcomes, not the minutiae along the way.
Heather prides herself on being available to her clients, and we can’t really tell you what she does in her spare time, because nobody can remember her ever actually having any. She is an accredited specialist in business law and has the trophy to prove it.
